Since naming Steve Forbes as their newest head coach, Wake Forest has retained sophomore forward Isaiah Mucius and 2020 commit Quadry Adams.

Mucius, a 6-foot-8, 195-pound small forward, averaged 7.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 0.5 steals per game in 30 games played as a sophomore during the 2019-20 season.

He announced his decision to return via Twitter Saturday.

Adams, the 6-foot-3 point guard from Bishop George Ahr (NJ), told ZAGSBLOG Saturday that he remains committed to Wake Forest.

Adams and Marcus Watson Jr. are the only two commits that remain in Wake Forest’s 2020 class.

Since the firing of head coach Danny Manning on April 25, Wake Forest has seen four players enter the transfer portal in Ody OguamaIsmael Massoud, Jacohbi Neath and Olivier Sarr.

Wake Forest also lost commitments from 2020 commits Jaylon Gibson and Dijmon Bailey.
