By Adam Zagoria on October 24, 2011, 1:55PM

Javontae Hawkins, the Rivals No. 23 shooting guard in the Class of 2012, has verbally pledged to South Florida.

“USF is getting an extremely high level athlete and scorer,” Huntington (West Va.) Prep coach Rob Fulford told SNY.tv. “Javontae will be an immediate impact player for [head coach] Stan [Heath].

Wiggins Propels Huntington Prep Into National Spotlight

By Adam Zagoria on July 29, 2011, 10:25PM

Andrew Wiggins, the Canadian star who poured in 28 points Monday to lead the CIA Bounce 16U team to the Super Showcase championship, is transferring to Huntington (W.V.) Prep.

He gives us a different level athlete on both ends of the court. I let the ranking gurus get into all that. But I think with what we have, there aren’t five high school teams in the country better than us.” (more…)
