Coastal Carolina transfer Jacob Meyer has committed to DePaul, he announced Friday.

Meyer comes in as one of the top transfers in the portal, choosing the Demons over Minnesota, Virginia Tech, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, St. John’s and Georgetown, among several others.

In his freshman season with the Chanticleers, Meyer averaged 15.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists while shooting 40.2% from deep.

New head coach Chris Holtmann has now added four transfers as he continues to rebuild the program.

He’s picked up Indiana transfer CJ Gunn, Mercer transfer David Thomas and former Southern Illinois guard Troy D’Amico. The Demons will also bring in class of 2024 three-star Chris Riddle.
