Five-star forward Liam McNeeley will announce his college choice this coming Sunday.

The 6-foot-7 forward from Richardson, Texas and Montverde (FL) Academy is down to Kansas and Indiana. Indiana appears to be a slight favorite.

The No. 1-ranked power forward in the Class of 2024 per 247Sports.com, he broke down both schools with On3.com back in June.

Indiana: “The relationship with Indiana keeps growing. We talk all the time. They just added Kel’El Ware from the transfer portal, and they’ve been recruiting at a high level. Coach (Mike) Woodson and his basketball mind is intriguing to me. He has an NBA mindset, and that is what I’m trying to do, be a one-and-done. I think he’s capable of helping me do that with his experience being in the league for so long. I’m excited to see what they do next season.

Kansas: “I talk with Coach (Norm) Roberts all the time. He sends me texts like once every day or two days, so we keep in regular touch.”
