NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. — Isaiah Abraham, the 6-foot-7 four-star small forward from Paul VI (VA), will announce his college choice at noon on Friday, he told ZAGSBLOG.

UConn and Marquette are the leaders for Abraham and the staffs of both schools have been tracking him this month after he took visits to both schools this summer. Virginia Tech and Providence are also in his final four.

“UConn comes with that great, winning program,” he told Rivals. “They just put guys in the NBA so that’s something I look at. Then, just the coaching staff. They prioritize me. With Marquette, that was my first visit. Obviously, my dad (Faisal Abraham) has his legacy there. I really like Shaka (Smart), too, and just the program as a whole. My dad just tells me what to value in schools. He just wants me to choose the best place for me.”
