Stanford transfer forward Harrison Ingram has committed to Hubert Davis and North Carolina, per his Twitter page.

Ingram, the 6-foot-7, 230-pound forward from Dallas (TX), is a former five-star recruit and Pac 12 Freshman of the Year. He’s averaged 10.5 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists for Stanford over the past two seasons.

Kansas, Baylor, Texas A&M, Xavier and several other schools were in contact with Ingram before he ultimately chose UNC.

UNC has been busy in the transfer portal this offseason, as Ingram is now the Tar Heels fourth portal addition. He joins guards Cormac Ryan and Paxson Wojcik and power forward Jaelyn Withers. North Carolina also adds four-stars Simeon Wilcher and Zayden High from its 2023 recruiting class.

The Tar Heels have lost guard Caleb Love, forwards Puff Johnson, Dontrez Styles, Tyler Nickel and Justin McKoy, as well as center Will Shaver, to the transfer portal this offseason.

There will be a lot of new faces in Chapel Hill next season.
