    Providence transfer Jared Bynum has committed to Stanford after a weekend visit.

    The 5-foot-10 guard averaged 10.0 points, 2.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists as a senior under coach Ed Cooley, who left to take the Georgetown job.

    “(Stanford) presented a unique opportunity to accomplish my goals on the court and off the court while displaying my game and competing at a high level,” he told On3.com.
