Arizona has landed a pledge from Belgian small forward Omar Thielemans, according to 247Sports.com.

Thielemans is a good athlete who is a “mid-major” level player, said one industry source who has seen Thielemans play in Europe.

The 6-foot-6, 200-pound wing plays for Belgian club BC Ostend, which is not in the Belgian League but in a lower level.

He is Arizona’s second Class of 2018 commit following point guard Devonaire Doutrive.

Arizona must replenish a roster that is losing Deandre Ayton, Rawle Akins and Allonzo Trier to the NBA Draft and Parker Jackson-Cartwright, Keanu Pinder and Dusan Ristic to graduation.
