Eric Bossi of Rivals first reported the offer.

The No. 7 shooting guard in the Class of 2016 according to 247Sports.com, Fultz wants to play the point in college.

“Hopefully, I’ll be a versatile one that can play the two or the three,” he previously told SNY.tv. “I’m transitioning myself into being a one right now.”

Fultz took an official to Arizona in June and has previously taken unofficials to Louisville, Kentucky and Xavier.

Kentucky and Arkansas are the perceived leaders for Monk, but Roberts reported Marcus said Kansas, North Carolina, Oregon and Florida State are also strongly in the mix.

Monk went for 31 points on Thursday in Wings Elite’s 82-66 win over Team Final.
