My understanding is that the NCAA eligibility determination process formally commences with the signing of a LOI or the signing of the scholarship papers with a member institution, whichever is the binding case.
Is this accurate in any way?
Regardless, I suppose, as my main question lies in what kind of timeline can one expect the University of Cincinnati to encounter in such an eligibility determination process with Lance?
