He also won an Emmy award for his work on the SNY mini-documentary on Syracuse guard Tyus Battle. A veteran Ultimate Frisbee player, he has competed in numerous National and World Championships and, perhaps more importantly, his teams won the Westchester Summer League (WSL) championships in 2011 and 2013.         My understanding is that the NCAA eligibility determination process formally commences with the signing of a LOI or the signing of the scholarship papers with a member institution, whichever is the binding case.

        Is this accurate in any way?

        Regardless, I suppose, as my main question lies in what kind of timeline can one expect the University of Cincinnati to encounter in such an eligibility determination process with Lance?
