Four-star guard Jeremiah Profit is down to six schools, On3’s Joe Tipton reported on Monday.
Profit then told ZAGSBLOG he has set three visits.
Profit, a 6-foot-5 guard from California, cut his list to Arizona State, Boston College, Saint Mary’s, Creighton, Northwestern and Stanford.
A rising senior at Rancho Christian (CA), Profit has already taken two official visits to one of his finalists, visiting Creighton on June 16 and Stanford on July 23.
He will also visit ASU (Sept. 10-12), Northwestern (Sept. 19-21) and Boston College (Sept. 25-27).
According to 247Sports’ Adam Finkelstein, Profit’s best ability is his passing, but he first became noticed on the 3SSB circuit due to his scoring ability.
Profit’s size and agility on the defensive end of the ball also played a part in his leap toward collecting high-major offers.
The Temecula, CA native was ranked just inside the top-80 in December but strong high school and AAU seasons has helped him creep up the ranking and jump 13 spots in nine months.
Profit spent this past summer playing with Gamepoint on the 3SSB circuit and showcased his elite scoring, averaging 21.3 points and 4.0 rebounds per game.
In 247Sports’ latest class of 2027 rankings, Profit was rated as a four-star recruit and ranked as the No. 66 overall prospect in the nation.
