Florida has secured a quality recruit on the wing for the Class of 2027.
Four-Star prospect Ian Condon will play for the Gators in the 2027-28 season, he announced on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-7 forward chose Florida over Syracuse, Notre Dame, Northwestern, Georgia Tech, Stanford, NC State and Boston College.
“Florida is a super high level program with an amazing winning culture and they encourage player continuity,” Condon said during his announcement on CBS. “It’s also one of the top public universities in the country and the place is very similar to what I am used to here at Sidwell.”
Condon is the first recruit in the Class of 2027 for head coach Todd Golden and the Gators. He is the No. 77 prospect in his class, according to 247Sports.
