Auburn transfer Keyshawn Hall committed to Rick Pitino and St. John’s on Tuesday evening.

The 6-foot-7 big guard recently Tweeted: “I’m Happy to be Committed to one of the best Coaches of all time and learn and Develop under St. John’s Staff. Nothing Else matters but winning!!! Let’s Go Johnnie Nation

Hall will be playing for his fifth school in five years after stops at UNLV, George Mason, UCF and Auburn, where he averaged 19.3 points and 7.1 rebounds last season.

St. John’s had a roster spot open after Spanish wing Gildas Gimenez was declared academically ineligible, and guard Đorđije Jovanović of Montenegro had Visa issues. The Red Storm previously added Indiana transfer Reed Bailey.

St. John’s is still waiting on forward Babacar Sane Senegal and British point guard Quinn Ellis to be cleared by the NCAA, but the staff is confident they will be, per sources.

Pitino is very high on both players.
