Arkansas has secured a top-40 recruit in the Class of 2026.
Four-star forward Abdou Toure will play for the Razorbacks in the 2026-27 season, he announced on Friday.
The 6-foot-5 small forward from Connecticut chose Arkansas over UConn and Providence.
“I will be taking my talents to Arkansas,” he told ZAGSBLOG. “I felt like they had the right plan for me. I bring an all-around skill set; I could do everything on the floor. I do whatever it takes to win.”
Toure plays high school ball for Notre Dame and shines as an athlete on the court. His explosive athleticism is a key factor in Toure being ranked as the No. 34 prospect in the 2026 class, according to 247Sports.
Toure marks the second member of head coach John Calipari’s 2026 recruiting class, joining JJ Andrews, who committed to Arkansas in May.
