USA Basketball announces final U19 National Team Roster

USA Basketball made its final cuts and announced its final roster for next week’s FIBA U19 World Cup in Switzerland on Friday.
This roster is headlined by some of the country’s most skilled prospects and includes names like A.J. Dybantsa, Koa Peat, Tyran Stokes and Brandon McCoy Jr.
The roster is made of up mostly high school players, but includes two rising college sophomores in Morez Johnson (Michigan) and Daniel Jacobsen (Purdue).
Arizona’s Tommy Lloyd will be the head coach of the team, with Grant McCasland (Texas Tech), Micah Shrewsberry (Notre Dame), Hubert Davis (North Carolina), Nate Oats (Alabama) and Mark Pope (Kentucky) all serving as his assistants. Team USA will open its tournament on June 28 against Cameroon at 10:45 am ET.
