Tyran Stokes, the No. 1 ranked prospect in the 2026 class, has set an official visit to Kentucky from May 15-17, his mother confirmed to ZAGSBLOG.

Stokes — the 6-foot-7, 245-pound forward out of Notre Dame Sherman Oaks (CA) — is fresh off his visit to Kansas the weekend of April 19.

Right now, the five-star forward doesn’t have any other visits set and is focused on working out. It was recently announced that Stokes will not be playing AAU basketball this summer. This has up ramped up reclassification rumors, which have long been present. But the family has persisted Stokes will stay in 2026, with his mother saying “we are NOT reclassifying.”

“That’s never been on the table,” Keaira Stokes said to the KC Star. “He’s not even NCAA-eligible because it’s never what we wanted to do. So he has to finish his senior year.”

Stokes has taken one other official visit so far in the process to Louisville, the city he’s from. The five-star has 15+ offers including schools like Alabama, Auburn, Houston, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas Tech and UCLA.
