Class of 2024 five-star Karter Knox has cut his list to eight schools: Auburn, Arkansas, Florida State, Kentucky, LSU, Louisville, South Florida and the NBA G-League Ignite.

The 6-foot-5 wing is the brother of former Kentucky standout, and 2018 NBA Draft first round pick, Kevin Knox.

He also currently leads the Nike EYBL in scoring at 21.2 points per game.

Knox, a Florida native, visited Kentucky and Louisville last October.

The two rivals were recently pitted in a recruitment battle for top 2023 prospect D.J. Wagner, who ultimately chose the Wildcats over Kenny Payne’s squad, as another race for a top prospect could be on the horizon with Knox.

There is no current timetable for a commitment.
