UCLA starting point guard Tyger Campbell has declared for the NBA Draft after five seasons with the Bruins.

The 5-foot-11 Iowa native has been instrumental in the Bruins’ past NCAA Tournament successful, including their run to the Final Four as an 11-seed back in the 2020-2021 season.

Campbell averaged 13.4 points last season on 37.8% shooting. He also tallied 5 assists, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.2 steals per game last season.

Campbell projects to be more of a project player at the next level. He’ll likely be a second round pick with an opportunity to work out a role in the NBA through the G-League.

He is the third Bruin to declare for the draft, joining National Defensive Player of the Year Jaylen Clark and star forward Jaime Jacquez.
