Kimani Hamilton, the nation’s No. 25-ranked small forward in the class of 2022, will be signing with a school on November 10, he tells ZAGSBLOG.

The 6-foot-8, 215-pound small forward from Clinton (MS), is down to a final two of Alabama and Mississippi State.

After taking an unofficial visit to Alabama on Oct. 2, Hamilton tripped to Mississippi State on Oct. 16 for his first official visit.

“It was great,” he said. “(What stood out) was just how hard they practice.”

Hamilton also broke down the pitch from the coaching staff, saying, “just how bad they want me and how well I fit in with their system.”

“The way they play, getting it out and pushing the ball down the court (appeals to me),” he said. “You can work your guy too.”

Before his decision, Hamilton will be taking one final official visit to Alabama on Oct. 23 for the Crimson Tide’s football game against Tennessee.

“They really showed me basically everything there,” he said. “I do look forward to the football game though.”
