CKGDWrXUEAUpNELRawle Alkins won’t be in Las Vegas this week with his NY Rens teammates because of a finger/hand injury.

“He had to stay behind to take care of that,” a source told SNY.tv.

Alkins confirmed he wouldn’t make the trip to Vegas after Justin Albers first reported the news on Twitter.

The 6-foot-5 Alkins last played Thursday night in the adidas Uprising All-American Camp game at Rucker Park, finishing with 24 points and eight assists.

Alkins is being targeted by Kentucky, Indiana and St. John’s, among others, and has set an unofficial visit to Kentucky for Big Blue Madness on Oct. 16.

A source close to Alkins said that Kentucky calls him “almost every day” and that St. John’s and Indiana are “slightly” more involved.
