LunardiThe latest bracketology from Joe Lunardi of ESPN.com has St. John’s into the Big Dance as the Big East’s sixth team and Seton Hall out.

Villanova, Butler, Providence, Georgetown and Xavier are also in from the Big East, according to Lunardi.

The Pirates (15-9, 5-7 Big East) lost to Georgetown, 86-67, on Tuesday for their sixth loss in eight games following a 3-1 start in the Big East.

St. John’s (15-8, 4-6) hosts DePaul tonight at Carnesecca Arena, with big man Chris Obekpa a gametime decision with a sprained ankle.

St. John’s hosts Seton Hall Feb. 21 in what is shaping up to be a titanic game for both clubs.
