This Bernie Fine case just keeps getting stranger and stranger.

It’s now come out that Laurie Fine, Bernie’s wife, had concerns about her husband’s alleged abuse of Bobby Davis, that she allegedly saw it go on through a basement window at their home and that she herself slept with Davis when he was 18.

Davis taped a phone call with with Laurie Fine in 2002 without her knowledge.

“I said to him, ‘Bobby and I talked, and I know some things about you that if you keep pushing are going to be let out,'” Laurie said on the call.

Davis continued: “He doesn’t think he can be touched … ”

Laurie Fine: “No … he thinks he’s above the law.”

Meantime, Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim told ESPN.com he had no comment on the news, reported by the Syracuse Post-Standard, that a third person has come forward to accuse Fine of molesting him.
