    NEW YORK — In a wide-ranging interview with New York reporters, a repentant Bruce Pearl said the hours he misses during his upcoming eight-game suspension will be especially painful.

    “That will be hard, that’s gonna be hard,” Pearl said Tuesday in advance of No. 24 Tennessee’s game Wednesday with VCU in the NIT Season Tip-Off.
