EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Minutes after winning the Tournament of Champions in New Jersey Tuesday night – an honor that usually goes to one of the best teams in the country – Trenton (N.J.) Catholic head coach Fred Falchi wanted to make sure everyone knew everything there was to know about his unheralded group.

“They’re going to make us a South Jersey team now,” he said. “We’re not from South Jersey, alright. We’re from Central Jersey, Mercer County.
