KJ Brown, a rising senior point guard at Living Faith Academy (NJ), has verbally committed to play basketball at West Point.

“I was also considering Liberty, Lehigh, and Lafayette,” said the 6-foot-1, 180-pound Brown, who averaged 14 points and 5 assists as a junior. “I decided on Army because a West Point grad achieves and realizes a very unique pedigree. I’ll be pretty much set for life at the end of my time there. That’s a very comforting thought. I was really impressed by the character of the staff there, too. To be short, I’m really happy with my decision, and can’t wait to suit up for the Black Knights.”
