  • Scottie Lewis planning official visits (UPDATED)

    Scottie Lewis, the 6-foot-5 small forward from the Ranney (NJ) School and Team Rio, has set three official visits.

    Lewis will visit Florida (Sept. 7-9), Kentucky (Sept. 14-16) and St. John’s (Oct. 5-7). Brian Klatsky of Team Rio confirmed the Kentucky date after it was first reported by CatsPause.com.

    Lewis recently cut his list to Villanova, St. John’s, Kentucky, Duke, Florida, Harvard and Stanford.

    According to 247Sports, Lewis is ranked as the No. 10 overall player in the Class of 2019 and the No. 3 player from the state of New Jersey.

    Bryan Antoine, Lewis’ AAU and high school teammate, will visit Florida (Sept. 15), Kentucky (Sept. 22), Duke (Sept. 29) and Villanova (Nov. 3).
