  • Filip Petrusev, the 6-foot-11, 215-pound Serbian forward from Montverde (FL) Academy, is planning two more official visits.

Petrusev said he will “most likely” visit Gonzaga and Utah this coming weekend.

He has already taken official visits to Charlotte and Tennessee, and would then have one remaining. He’s also considering Arizona, Virginia and Maryland.

Filip Petrusev, the 6-foot-11, 215-pound Serbian forward from Montverde (FL) Academy, enjoyed his official visit to Tennessee last weekend and his weighing his future plans.

“The visit was great,” he said. “I’m really happy with what I have seen, great facilities, campus, coaches, bigtime basketball. They said that they need a more talented player than the ones they have who can make [an] immediate impact and play right away. That’s why they made me a No. 1 priority.”

Petrusev has also taken an official to Charlotte.

“Charlotte has a Serbian coach [Ivo Simovic] and Serbian players [Milos Supica and Luka Vasic],” he said of their appeal.
