Miami has officially signed LSU transfer forward Robert Miller III, On3 first reported on Monday.

A 6-foot-10 forward originally from Houston, Miller spent two seasons with the Tigers and appeared in 63 games for the program.

During his sophomore season playing under head coach Matt McMahon, Miller averaged 6.1 points and 3.9 rebounds per game, while shooting 65.7% from the field.

Despite committing late in the offseason, Miller took a visit to Miami in April, while also being recruited heavily by Arkansas before he ultimately chose to commit to Jai Lucas and the Hurricanes.

Once a star high school player in the Houston area, Miller will look to continue his on-court improvement at Miami as the program enters Lucas’ second season at the helm.

After landing Miller, Miami has now added 11 players to its roster during the offseason.

The Hurricanes’ list of additions includes five-star forward Caleb Gaskins, high-school forward Chris Birden, Russian center Egor Ryzhov, Michigan transfer LJ Cason, Saint Peter’s transfer Brent Bland, Indiana transfer Nick Dorn, Bucknell transfer Quin Berger, Robert Morris transfer DeSean Goode, Villanova transfer Acaden Lewis and Georgia transfer Somto Cyril.
