Luke Loucks and Florida State continue to add in this year’s transfer portal.
The Seminoles have now landed a commitment from Wake Forest transfer forward Cooper Schwieger.
Schwieger, a 6-foot-10 native of Kansas, just wrapped up his first season at Wake Forest after spending his first two seasons of college at Valparaiso.
In his first season of ACC play at Wake Forest, Schwieger averaged 5.1 points and 2.5 rebounds per game in 34 appearances for the Demon Deacons.
Schwieger is set to be Loucks and Florida State’s 11th newcomer of the offseason, as Loucks looks to reshape his alma mater headed into his second season.
The Seminoles’ other recruits include four-star Marcis Ponder, four-star Martay Barnes, four-star Brandon Bass Jr., four-star Collin Paul, three-star Jasen Lopez, Colorado transfer Sebastian Rancik, Missouri transfer Anthony Robinson II, UNC Asheville transfer Kameron Taylor and Cincinnati transfer Shon Abaev and Italian forward Elisee Assui.
