Sheek Pearson, the No. 59 overall prospect in the 2026 class, has committed to Marquette, he told ZAGSBLOG.

The 6-foot-11 power forward out of John Burroughs (MO) and the Bradley Beal Elite Nike EYBL program chose Marquette over DePaul, Illinois, Iowa State, Missouri and a few other schools who offered.

“I chose Marquette because I believe that their ability to develop and grow players is something that can really help me,” Pearson told ZAGSBLOG.

In his most recent action at EYBL Session 1 in Arizona, Pearson averaged 7.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.7 blocks across three games. The four-star power forward also shot 52.9% from the field to help Bradley Beal Elite to a 2-1 record. Pearson helped the organization to a 16u Peach Jam title last summer.

Pearson is the second commit for Shaka Smart in the 2026 class, joining guard Ethan Johnston.
