Rice transfer guard Denver Anglin is headed to Iona.

The 6-foot-1 guard from Montclair, N.J. averaged 8.5 points and 2.8 rebounds as a junior at Rice while shooting 37% from the field and 38% from deep. He made 62 3-pointers last season.

He’s coming back to the Northeast to play for first-year coach Dan Geriot.

Iona is his third stop after one year at Georgetown and one at Rice.
