Kingston Flemings, a five-star point guard in the class of 2025, has committed to Houston, he announced Thursday.

He chose the Cougars over finalist Texas Tech and offers from Texas A&M, Texas and SMU, among others.

The 6-foot-3 San Antonio native took an official visit to Houston on Sept. 28, and was at their recent exhibition game against Texas A&M.

Flemings, who is considered by many to be the best point guard in high school hoops, held an even 20 offer from the likes of Arkansas, Kansas and Texas among others.

He is Houston’s third commit in the class of 2025, joining five-star Isaiah Harwell and four-star Bryce Jackson.
