Tulsa guard PJ Haggerty, one of the top transfers in this year’s cycle, has committed to Memphis, On3 Sports reported Thursday.
The 6-foot-3 guard averaged 21.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game this season. He chose Memphis over Texas, Kansas State and Providence.
Haggerty is the second transfer to commit to Penny Hardaway. The Tigers picked up former Kansas State forward Nae’Qwan Tomlin after he left the Wildcat program in December.
Memphis and Hardaway will also bring in class of 2024 top-100 recruit Jared Harris out of Silsbee (TX.).
