Cam Carter, a former Kansas State guard and four-star transfer, has committed to LSU, the school announced Friday.

The 6-foot-3 Louisiana native started all 34 games with the Wildcats this season, averaging 14.6 points, 5 rebounds and 2.6 assists on 39.1% shooting.

Carter lands at his third SEC school of his career after starting out at Mississippi State. He was a three-star recruit out of Oak Hill (VA.) back in the class of 2021.

He is LSU’s first pickup in the 2024 transfer portal. Matt McMahon and the Tigers will also bring in two four-stars in the class of 2024, including Robert Miller and Curtis Givens III.
