  • Arizona State adds former Ohio State forward Alonzo Gaffney

    Arizona State on Thursday landed a pledge from former Ohio State commit Alonzo Gaffney.

    The 6-foot-9 forward initially committed to Ohio State in 2018 and averaged 1.8 points and 1.4 rebounds in 17 games during the 2019-20 season.

    Last season at Northwest Florida State, he averaged 8.4 points and 5.3 rebounds.

    Bobby Hurley’s team also brings in a five-man recruiting class headlined by former Michigan State commit Enoch Boakye.
