Iona coach Tim Cluess remains sidelined with a health issue as MAAC play begins, and he provided no timetable on his return in an open letter to fans.

Iona (2-5) opens league play Friday at home against Saint Peter’s before traveling to Monmouth on Sunday. Acting coach Tra Arnold is running the show in Cluess’ absence.
