Michigan State point guard Cassius Winston, who had the ball in his hands to close out Sunday’s Elite Eight win over Zion Williamson and Duke, is the favorite to win Final Four Most Outstanding Player, according to Betonline.ag.

Winston was named the MOP of the 2019 NCAA East Region AllTournament Team on Sunday.

Virginia’s Kyle Guy and Texas Tech’s Jarrett Culver are also among the favorites.

With the elimination of Duke and Kentucky, there won’t be a single-one-done player in this Final Four.
