By SEAN BOCK Arizona guard and Brooklyn native Rawle Alkins has declared for the NBA Draft and will sign with an agent, he announced on Tuesday. In his sophomore season, Alkins averaged 13.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.5 assists and lead Arizona to a PAC-12 Tournament title before falling to Buffalo in the Round of 64.
