Javion Hamlet, a 6-foot-3 point guard from Motlow State (TN), committed to Buffalo on Friday, becoming the third pledge for coach Nates Oates in the Class of 2018.

Hamlet, who averaged 15.6 points and 8.4 assists last season, also considered North Texas.

Hamlet joins point guard Ronaldo Segu of Orlando (FL) Christian Prep and small forward Jeenathan Williams of Prolific Prep (CA) in a strong class for Buffalo.
