SPARTANBURG, S.C.– Schools have been coming in droves to watch Immanuel Quickley play at the Adidas Circuit Finale.

John Calipari as well as many other high-major coaches were in attendance on Friday for Quickley’s two wins over The Firm in which he scored 27 points, and a win over Game Elite.

“I feel good, honestly; this is a lot of fun,” the 6-foot-4 Quickley out of John Carroll (Md.) told SNY.tv. “I’m just out here trying to compete and win this Adidas Finale Championship.”

Having recently returned from Spain, where he helped the USA U17 team win a gold medal, Quickley said that the experience was something he won’t soon forget.

“It was really fun,” Quickley said. “I got to meet a lot of really good players from all over the country and the world. Practicing against some of those guys, you have to compete every possession. If you want minutes you have to compete hard every practice. You have to learn how to sacrifice for your team, there are 12 great players on the team, so you have to bring it.”

On the recruiting side of things, Quickley said that no one has taken a step up on anyone else, but that some new schools have come into the picture.

“Everyone is showing love,” Quickley said. “No one is standing out at the moment, but recently, Washington, Duke, Villanova, Miami. A lot of schools are showing interest right now.”

Quickley currently holds offers from Wake Forest, Villanova, Arizona, Texas A&M, UCLA, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Central Florida, Depaul, Miami, Southern California, Cincinnati, Rhode Island, Washington and UMBC.
