The Rumble in the Bronx AAU event this weekend will feature a trio of top Nike EYBL teams playing against the Chinese U18 National basketball team at Baruch College in Manhattan and House of Sports in Ardsley, N.Y.

Andrew Platek, Hamier Wright and the Albany City Rocks will face the Chinese team at 7 p.m. on Friday at Baruch, while Tremont Waters, Nick Richards and Expressions Elite will face the Chinese on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. The entrance to Baruch is at 24th St. and Lexington Ave.

On Sunday at 1 p.m., Lonnie Walker and Team Final will meet the Chinese at House of Sports.

All three of those Nike-sponsored teams have qualified for the prestigious Peach Jam set for July 6-10 in North Augusta, S.C.

“As the Chinese are preparing for international competition, they wanted to play three highly competitive games so basically I’ve given them the opportunity to play within the Rumble in the Bronx but in more or less featured games,” said Jim Hart, director of the City Rocks.

The Dominican U18 team is also playing in the Rumble in the Bronx and will face the Chinese U18 team in an exhibition on Monday at 12:30 p.m. at Manhattan’s Terminal 23.

Among the other teams playing in the Rumble in the Bronx are NY RENS, Dominican ELITE, PSA Cardinals, NY Lightning, Playaz Remix, BABC, Louisiana Select, Team Texas, Iowa Barnstormers, So Florida Elite, NY Jayhawks, Sports U and the Oakland Bruins.

Admission to Rumble in the Bronx games is $10 daily.
