Javin DeLaurier has set several official visits, according to reports from Scout.com and Hoopseen.com.

The 6-foot-9 power forward from Charlottesville (Va.) St. Anne’s-Belfield and Team Loaded will visit Notre Dame (Sept. 5) and Texas (Sept. 12). He’s also setting up visits to Princeton (Sept. 19) and Stanford (Oct. 3).

“I am just looking forward to be able to see both schools with great academics when classes are in session and being able to experience what being a student is like there,” he told Hoopseen.com.

Virginia Tech, Miami, Louisville, Cal, North Carolina and Florida remain in the mix, he told Hoopseen.

Right now coaches are talking about using me as a stretch four early and then as my skill development catches up with my athleticism, using me as a three,” he told SNY.tv in July.
