ConnerWichita State has added Kansas transfer Conner Frankamp.

Frankamp will enroll for the second semester of this season and then become eligible in the second semester of the 2015-16 season, the Wichita Eagle reported.

The 6-foot-1 Frankamp also considered Colorado and Creighton.

“I think Coach [Gregg] Marshall can improve my game quite a bit,” Frankamp told the paper. “I’ve been very impressed with how Ron [Baker] and Fred [VanVleet] have developed as players. I think they have a good chance to get to the league (NBA).”

Frankamp averaged 2.5 points in in 8.3 minutes last season but opted to transfer in October.
