Ivan Rabb, the 6-foot-10 2015 big man from Oakland (CA) Bishop O’Dowd and the Oakland Soldiers, has cut his list to a top five, as SNY.tv first reported he would.
Rabb is down to Arizona California, Kansas, Kentucky and UCLA, he told ESPN.com.
He is expected to take an official visit to Kentucky this weekend, O’Dowd coach Lou Richie confirmed to SNY.tv.
Rabb met with coaches from UCLA and North Carolina on Wednesday night, but UNC didn’t make the cut.
He also considered Duke, Georgetown and Louisville.
He told me in August at the Elite 24 that Cal and Kentucky would definitely make his final list. UCLA is also expected to receive a visit.
