    For the past four Tennessee games, Bruce Pearl has been on the couch instead of serving as coach.

    Suspended the first eight games of the SEC schedule by Commissioner Mike Slive for recruiting violations, the Tennessee coach has watched the first four of those games on television while associate head coach Tony Jones led the team to a 2-2 record. Tennessee has won two straight against Vanderbilt and at Georgia.
