    NEW YORK — Mount Vernon (N.Y.) senior point guard Jabarie Hinds was recently on an official visit to West Virginia, where he traveled across campus with his former high school teammate, Kevin Jones.

    Hinds was so impressed with the reception Jones received, he compared his popularity to that of LeBron James.

    “Everywhere he goes, he’s getting stopped, signing his signature,” said Hinds, who committed to West Virginia on SNY.tv.
