    PISCATAWAY, N.J. — What once was a four-man competition for the starting quarterback job at Rutgers is now a two-man battle between fifth-year redshirt senior Domenic Natale and true freshman Tom Savage. Head coach Greg Schiano stopped short of naming Natale his starter for the Sept. 7 season opener against Cincinnati, but that is how things appear to be shaping up.
