  • Sterling Gibbs Visits Seton Hall (UPDATED)

Seton Hall Prep junior guard Sterling Gibbs visited Seton Hall unofficially Tuesday.

Sterling previously told me Villanova was his favorite but Seton Hall is making up ground.

“It went well,”said Temple Gibbs, Sterling’s father. “It was a good visit. We just stayed on campus and met with the academic people and went to the gym and just basically talked.

    “It’s a good school.”

Gibbs previously said he also plans to take unofficial visits this summer to Oklahoma, Indiana, Villanova, Kentucky and Duke.

“We’re still trying to put that together,” Temple said.

Temple said his son had no timetable for deciding.

“We don’t have a timetable. I thought we would right now, but we want to make sure we make a good decision.”
