  • Garfinkel Hosting Clinic Today

    Howard Garfinkel, founder of Five Star basketball camp, will host a basketball coaches’ clinic today (Friday) at Draddy Gymnasium on the campus of Manhattan College. The event will feature sessions instructed by Hall of Famer Hubie Brown (ESPN/ABC), John Calipari (University of Memphis), Billy Donovan (University of Florida), Rick Pitino (University of Louisville), Pete Gillen (CSTV), Bob Hurley Sr. (St. Anthony’s HS) and Joe Stolzer (Baruch College/Five Star Basketball Camp).

    The clinic runs from 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., and is open to coaches of all levels. There is a $135 registration fee, which includes lunch catered by the world famous Carnegie Deli.
